Relocation and integration support in Germany — personalized guidance in English, Portuguese, German and Spanish.
I moved to Germany at 50 and experienced firsthand the challenges, doubts, and discoveries that come with moving to another country.
Today, I use that experience to support people who are building a new life abroad. My work begins with understanding each person’s situation and offering close, personalized guidance through the transition of starting over in another country.
The experience I now offer you began as my own.
I’m Brazilian, daughter of a German father and a Chilean mother, and in 2019, at the age of 50, I moved to Germany with my family. My son was 19 and about to begin university; my daughter was 7 and ready to start primary school. It wasn’t a sabbatical or a carefully planned adventure. It was a real new beginning, with everything that comes with it: bureaucracy, language, loneliness, a changing sense of identity, and that question that never completely goes away: “What if I made a mistake?”
I learned firsthand what it means to start over from scratch far from home. Although I spoke German fluently, nothing had prepared me for what we were about to experience. I realized that the hardest part is rarely only the practical side. It is getting through this phase, building a new life, and finding your place without losing your sense of direction.
My professional background also shapes the way I work: I trained as a trilingual executive secretary and spent many years in Customer Care in international environments. Combined with my own experience of immigration, this became the foundation of my work today: helping people and families navigate their new beginning with clear communication, personal attention and practical support.
One-on-one support, tailored to your situation and your family.
Personalized support for individuals, couples, and families — whether you need ongoing mentoring through your move and adaptation or a focused session to clarify specific questions and define your next steps.
Choose individual services or combine them according to your needs.
One hour a week, with no fixed agenda, to talk about the difficulties, doubts, and everyday situations that come with adapting to a new country. A continuous space to exchange ideas, organize your thoughts, understand situations more clearly, and go through this transition with more support.
This mentoring does not replace psychotherapy or psychological counselling.
